FourSight Refresh

What would make this feel like an experience rather than a four-hour meeting?

The project

FourSight had developed an outline for a virtual program involving approximately thirty experienced facilitators. I turned that outline into a cohesive participant experience aligned with the company’s brand.

My role

I developed the slide content, coordinated photography and visual assets, structured the timing and participant flow, and created the supporting pre-work, communications, interactive elements, and post-session resources.

During the live session, I monitored the chat, provided technical support, managed breakout rooms, and consolidated participant responses.

The result

I synthesized the questions, themes, and needs that surfaced into organized information for FourSight to consider in future programming.

FourSight supplied the program framework; I designed and coordinated the experience around it—from visual execution and participant navigation to live production and follow-through.
