About
I design and lead experiences, programs, and projects from idea through execution.
My work usually starts with something unresolved: a new idea, an emerging technology, a broad challenge, complex information, or an agenda that exists on paper but not yet as an experience. I work out what people need, design how they will engage with it, create room to explore and experiment, and shape something they can carry into practice.
I have a curatorial way of working. I gather information, ideas, people, tools, and sometimes unlikely connections, then arrange them until the experience begins to make sense as a whole. Research gives me the foundation; curiosity often takes me beyond the original brief.
Sometimes I start with a wide-open challenge. Sometimes the agenda already exists. Either way, I'm thinking about what someone will move through, what they should leave understanding, and what will still be useful once the experience is over.
A decade of solo travel sharpened that instinct: observe closely, adapt quickly, and leave room for what wasn't planned.
